To constantly develop, translate and disseminate current knowledge of management concepts, management technologies and application experiences for practical use in a close interaction between widely different players with conflicting interests, languages and expectations with in the area of MA and PM.
This requires an open and intensive dialogue. And the journal should be an interactive communication medium that creates critical debate, exchange of experience and development energy in professional networks with the areas of Management Accounting and Performance Management. This can only succeed if the knowledge and values of the actors are exhibited and confronted, not only in writing, but also in speech.
The vision is to constantly set new standards for knowledge dissemination in the areas of MA and PM, that leads to dialogue, debate and cooperation outside the journal’s columns, ie. among professors and students at business schools, organizations and companies as well as at conferences and seminars etc.
The journal should be leading the debate in MA and PM in Europe, not only by written articles, but also by creating and holding conferences, seminars and debate meetings, in order to create knowledge dissemination within MA and PM listening, responding and exchange knowledge in the surrounding forums, being respectful to individual motivational drivers and without the hindrance of culturally related barriers.

This kind of quality stamp is a “must” for good well-written articles to be assigned to academic importance. When researchers need to qualify in the research world, greater emphasis is placed on the fact that their written work is scientifically approved. When it comes to academic articles, the requirement is that the content has gone through a professional review in a recognized journal.
